Individual Therapy

Trauma, loss, and confusing early life experiences can greatly impact our sense of who we are and how we relate to our world. Together we will explore and begin to understand how these experiences have informed your beliefs about what you are capable of, what you deserve in life, and who you are. Often the strategies we have used in our early years to keep us safe or protect us from pain eventually leave us feeling isolated, lonely, insecure and out of touch with ourselves and others.

With compassion we will explore how your strategies for self-protection have served you and how they have held you back. In the safe and supportive environment we create together, you can begin moving towards a greater sense of freedom, confidence, power and ease.

Group Therapy

Women:
One of my passions is facilitating group therapy for adult women. Groups are designed to support the emotional well-being of women and build skills to promote healthy choices, actions, insight, and self-confidence.

Adolescents and Children (8-18):
I facilitate skill building and/or processing emotion.

Couples Therapy

I will work with you and your partner to help you listen to each other and communicate about things that you may have struggled to say. We all want to feel safe, valued and loved in our relationships but do not always know how to ask for what we need in ways that our partner can hear and understand.

We sometimes end up pushing our partner away, when what we want most is to feel close. I will help you to articulate your needs and desires in a safe and supportive atmosphere so that you and your partner can build more respect, care and empathy into your relationship.

Family Therapy (Coaching)

I will support you in communicating with your child. Gain understanding of their style and approach when interacting, as well as bonding and connecting emotionally. We will develop coping tools to support your own personal well-being and support your child gain self-control and regulation skills. Together we will build more respectful, caring and empathetic relationships your family deserves.
